Leslie Plimpton: My New Art Filled Shed

So you are probably wondering, "what does a shed have to do with art?" Well, nothing and everything as it turns out in my world. I really needed a good sized space to store my extra easels and other things that have been taking up too much space in my art studio. As an artist, I tend to save things that I might find a use for later in my work but over time, they do accumulate! So, I am in the process of cleaning up my space and taking out things I don't need regularly.

The great benefits are that when people come to my studio, particularly for the upcoming Second Saturday (April 12th), everyone will be able to walk around my studio with greater ease. That sense of clutter will be gone and the artwork can be center stage. It will also be a nicer space for me to create art. I am looking forward to welcoming you to my newly organized studio!
