Back in 2020 when Kamala Harris became Vice President I painted a portrait to commemorate her, the first woman to ascend to this role in the US Executive branch. FInally.
So with Harris became a presidential candidate in the 2024 election, I dug out the portrait again and played with it as a 16" x 20" poster. Her words have stuck with me . . every day in the courtroom, I stood proudly before a judge and I said five words: “Kamala Harris, for the people."
I'm not an overtly political person but thought I'd print off a few of these posters for anyone who may want to commemorate this historic moment. Find them, along with the original, in my studio this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 5 pm.
(I am not compaigning, and welcome all political views in my studio)
